Service Provider Events of Default. Any one of the following events by Contractor, which is not cured within ten (10) Calendar Days after receipt of written notice thereof by the Department shall constitute an Event of Default; provided, however, if such obligation is of a nature that it could not be reasonably performed within ten (10) Calendar Days, such 10-day period may, at the Department’s discretion, be extended so long as Contractor begins performance or adequate corrective action within such 10-day period and thereafter diligently and continuously pursues performance, all being subject to force majeure. Any one or more of the following events shall constitute an Event of Default on the part of Department:
