Service Provider Mode. If a Downstream Participant is Processing a Consumer’s Personal Information in connection with a Covered Transaction carried out in Service Provider Mode pursuant to Section 5.4, it shall act as the relevant First Party’s Service Provider in connection with the Covered Transaction.
