Common use of Service Provider Ownership Clause in Contracts

Service Provider Ownership. Each party acknowledges and agrees that Service Provider owns the Service Provider Marks, Service Provider Data, and Service Provider Services (excluding third party content and services incorporated in the Service Provider Services), and except for the licenses in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement confers in Sprint any right of ownership in the foregoing.
