Service Provider Software. All Service Provider Software is, or shall be, and shall remain, the exclusive property of Service Provider or its third party licensor and Recipient shall have no rights or interests to the Service Provider Software. Service Provider shall obtain any consents or approvals necessary in connection with Service Provider's use of the Service Provider Software to provide the Services to Recipient on a transitional only basis. The Recipient will be required to obtain and pay for any licenses required.
