Service Provider's Suppliers. 48.6.1 The failure of any of the Approved Subcontractors or the Service Provider's suppliers to perform any obligation owed to the Service Provider will only constitute an Excusable Event with respect to the Service Provider's performance of the Services if and to the extent that the failure by the Approved Subcontractor or supplier is caused by an Excusable Event.
