Common use of Service Provider’s Systems and Platform Clause in Contracts

Service Provider’s Systems and Platform. 3.1. To operate this Agreement, the Sellers and the Purchaser shall use the Program web portal, subject to Section 4.9 below. 3.2. Program related data will be updated and available for view access by the Sellers and the Purchaser on a day to day basis in the Program web portal. 3.3. The Sellers will upload and download information pertaining to Purchase Requests from the Program web portal. 3.4. As of the date of this Schedule, the Service Provider means PrimeRevenue. The Purchaser may replace the Service Provider at any time or terminate this Schedule, and will give written notice thereof to the Seller Representative.
