Service Standard. BioVectra will provide the Services with due care and diligence, and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in accordance with (i) this Agreement; (ii) all applicable Regulatory Requirements; (iii) the Quality Assurance Agreement; and (iv) cGMP.
