Service Start Date; Invoicing; and Payment Deadline. Company will notify Customer when Service is available for use (or would have been available for use if Customer had fulfilled its performance obligations required to provision the Service). The date of such notice shall be the Start of Service Date, and Customer’s obligation to pay for Service shall begin on that Date. Service invoicing will occur on a monthly basis. All invoices are due and payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date ("Payment Deadline").
