Service Technicians. Dealer shall employ at all times a sufficient number of trained and fully certified service technicians based on industry sales in Dealer’s SSM. Dealer must have service technicians at each Dealer Location who are trained and fully certified to service each type of Equipment listed on Schedule B, and Dealer’s service technicians must attend Case IH service training sessions as required by Case IH in the DOG.

This will include, but not limited to, on a trial basis, flat-rate clean and check at 1 ¼ the base rate, including travel.

SECTION 1. All apprentices will be required to attend school one (1) full week forty (40) hours, five (5) times a year. Scheduling for apprentice training school shall be at the direction of the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. First year apprentices will be paid at the regularly scheduled wage scale while attending school. Third, fourth and fifth year apprentices shall be entitled up to four (4) hours pay per day at the regularly scheduled wage scale while attending apprenticeship school. Second year apprentices shall be paid one half (½) day from the Employer and will be reimbursed for expenses equal to the Employer’s contribution from the Education Fund while attending apprentice school.
SECTION 2. For apprentices beginning their indenture after September 1, 2010, the contribution rate to the SRSF shall be $3.00 per hour.
SECTION 3. For apprentices beginning their indenture on or after September 1, 2017, the contribution rate to the 265 Local Pension Fund and the SRSF shall graduate at the same percentage as wages. The percentage shall be applied to the current Journeyman contribution rate for these funds.
SECTION 4. First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth year apprentice wage rates will increase on each March 1st and each September 1st, if approved by the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee regardless of assigned session dates. All first-year apprentice rates will begin on September 1st, regardless of assigned session dates.

Service Technicians. Any serviceman designated to be available for a specific time period, to be dispatched for emer- gency service work during the Employer’s non- business hours, shall be compensated as follows: Monday-Friday $10.00 per day Saturday $15.00 per day Sunday and Holidays $20.00 per day
Service Technicians. The Contractor’s service Technicians (“Technician”) that Perform the Service must be an OEM-trained technician or certified to Perform the Services by Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) or equivalent. The Contractor shall provide Technicians, the tools and equipment necessary to Perform the Services. The Contractor shall maintain the equipment and materials in compliance with all applicable health and safety codes and manufacturer recommendations.
Service Technicians a. The Offeror comprehends and agrees any and all assembly and installation processes shall be completed by appropriate experienced professional labor, under experienced supervision.
b. The Offeror shall conduct operations without undue interference with the general building operations. Residence hall equipment shall not be serviced before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.

Employees who do not have a valid trade ticket or certificate and who are not in an apprenticeship program. Employees in this classification must have the necessary skills, ability, and mechanical aptitude to assist qualified maintenance personnel with their duties. After date of ratification, employees who are moved into this classification are expected to progress to the M@ classification within a 1 year-time frame. Those who are ot able to progress within this time frame and who are not expected to progress within the next 6 months, will be returned to production. After date of ratification, employees who are moved into the M2 classification will have initiated the process of enrolling in an applicable apprenticeship program, have completed 2000 hours as a Maintenance Mechanic 1 and must be able to demonstrate the following: • Ability to perform preventive maintenance assignments • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment throughout the plant • Ability to be trained on new or different equipment in the plant For employees awarded the M2 classification after the date of ratification, the employee will return to production if they have not been indentured into an applicable apprenticeship program within a 1 year time frame.
Service Technicians. The Contractor’s three (3) full-time Service Technicians, currently Michigan residents, will continue to live in and service Michigan jurisdictions. The Contractor may add additional technicians, both Michigan residents and certified Contractor technicians who live in other states, along with contractors, to meet the needs of Michigan customers at any time. If additional staff are to be added, Contractor shall notify Program Manager as specified in Section 3.3
