Service to School Buildings and Governmental Facilities. 4.6.1. The Village and the Grantee acknowledge the provisions of 220 ILCS 5/22-501(f), whereby the Grantee shall provide complimentary Basic Cable Service and a free Standard Installation at one outlet to all eligible buildings as defined in said state statute. Eligible buildings shall not include buildings leased to non-governmental third parties or buildings such as storage facilities at which government employees are not regularly stationed.
