Common use of Service Units Clause in Contracts

Service Units. Service Units shall include all the following categories of premises which are in the service area as of the Service Commencement Date, and all such premises which may be added to the service area by means of annexation, new construction, or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement during term of this Agreement: 6.3.1 SFD Service Units

Service Units shall include all the following categories of premises which are in the service area Service Area as of the Service Commencement DateJuly 1, 2023, and all such premises which may be added to the service area Service Area by means of annexation, new construction, or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement during the term of this Agreement: 6.3.1 8.12.1. SFD Service Units; 8.12.2. Commercial Service Units (includes MFD Service Units);
