Common use of Service with Company Clause in Contracts

Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and to perform such other reasonable employment duties, consistent with Executive's position and as the Board of Directors shall assign to her from time to time. In addition, Executive shall serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of the shareholders of the Company or until her successor has been duly elected and qualified.

Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and to perform such other reasonable employment duties, consistent with Executive's position and such position, as the Board of Directors shall assign to her from time to time. In addition, Executive shall serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company until (the next annual meeting of the shareholders of the Company or until her successor has been duly elected and qualified“Board”) shall assign to him.

Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve shall perform such reasonable employment duties as President and the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") or Board of Directors of the Company and to perform such other reasonable employment duties, consistent with Executive's position and as the Board of Directors shall assign to her from time to time. Service with Company. Executive shall report to the Company’s [Board/President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”)] and also work with other Company employees or members of the shareholders of Company’s senior management team as the Company or until her successor has been duly elected and qualified[Board/CEO] may designate from time to time.

Service with Company. Executive also agrees to serve, for any period for which he is elected, as a director of the shareholders Company, any committee of the Company Board and as an officer and/or director of any subsidiary of the Company; provided, however, that Executive shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for serving as such a director, committee member or until her successor has been duly elected and qualifiedan officer.

Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to serve as President and Chief Executive Financial Officer of the Company and to perform such other reasonable employment duties, consistent with Executive's position and as the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to her him from time to time. In addition, Executive shall agrees to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company until faithfully and to the next annual meeting best of the shareholders of the Company or until her successor has been duly elected and qualifiedhis ability.
