Common use of Service with the Company Clause in Contracts

Service with the Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such duties and on such basis as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors; such duties, however, to be commensurate with Executive’s position as Chief Executive Officer and, if no other person is serving in such capacity at the direction of the Board of Directors, the President of the Company.

Service with the Company. Service with the Company.
