Common use of Service with the Company Clause in Contracts

Service with the Company. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such executive employment duties as the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall reasonably assign to him, as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, from time to time.

Service with the Company. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform the duties of the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer as may be set forth in the Organizational Documents and such executive employment other duties as the Board may from time to time prescribe that are consistent with the duties of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall reasonably assign to him, as the Company’s a Chief Financial Officer, from time to timeSecretary and Treasurer of a company of the size and nature of the Company.

Service with the Company. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such executive employment duties as the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall reasonably assign to him, consistent with a Chief Financial Officer as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors shall reasonably assign to him from time to time. Executive will report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors, as appropriate.

Service with the Company. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform the duties of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and such executive employment other duties as the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall reasonably assign to him, as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, may from time to timetime prescribe that are consistent with the duties of a Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a company of the size and nature of the Company.

Service with the Company. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and such executive employment duties as the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall reasonably assign to him, as and which are consistent with the CompanyExecutive’s Chief Financial Officerposition and compensation, from time to time. The Executive shall, if requested, also serve as a member of the Board upon the same terms as other Board members. Company may also request Executive to serve as an additional officer of the Company or as an officer of any affiliate for no additional compensation.

During the Term term of this Agreement, the Executive agrees to perform the duties of Chief Financial Officer including such executive employment duties as the Company’s Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall reasonably assign to him, as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, him from time to time, and is customary for a similar position within the Company’s industry.

Service with the Company. During the Term term of this Agreement, the Executive agrees to perform the duties of Chief Financial Officer including such executive employment duties as the Company's Board of Directors of the Company (the “"Board”") shall reasonably assign to him, as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, him from time to time, and is customary for a similar position within the Company's industry.
