Servicer Certificate. On each Determination Date prior to the satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture with respect to the Collateral, the Servicer shall deliver prior to 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such date to the Indenture Trustee, the Issuer, the SUBI Trustee, the Administrator and each Paying Agent a Servicer Certificate reflecting information as of the close of business of the Servicer for the immediately preceding Collection Period containing the information described in Section 8.3(a) of the Indenture. At the sole option of the Servicer, each Servicer Certificate may be delivered in electronic or hard copy format.
