Common use of Servicer Certificate Clause in Contracts

Servicer Certificate. On each Determination Date prior to the satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture with respect to the Collateral, the Servicer shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, the Issuing Entity, the Administrator, the Closed-End Administrative Agent, the Closed-End Collateral Agent, the Owner Trustee and the Paying Agent a Servicer Certificate reflecting information as of the close of business of the Servicer for the immediately preceding Closed-End EN Collection Period containing the information described in Section 8.3 of the Indenture. At the sole option of the Servicer, each Servicer Certificate may be delivered in electronic or hard copy format.
