Common use of Servicer Fee Clause in Contracts

Servicer Fee. The Servicer shall be entitled to any interest earned on the amounts deposited in the Collection Account and the Payahead Account during each Collection Period plus all late fees, prepayment charges (including, in the case of a Receivable that provides for payments according to the "Rule of 78's" and that is prepaid in full, the difference between the Principal Balance of such Receivable (plus accrued interest to the date of prepayment) and the principal balance of such Receivable computed according to the "Rule of 78's"), and other administrative fees and expenses or similar charges allowed by applicable law with respect to Receivables during each Collection Period (the "Supplemental Servicing Fee"). The Servicer also shall be entitled to the Servicing Fee, as provided herein.
