Servicer Fee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 2.5 of the Servicing Agreement, on each Payment Date, the Issuer shall pay to the Servicer in accordance with Section 8.4(a) of the Indenture the Servicing Fee for the immediately preceding Collection Period as compensation for its services. In addition, the Servicer may retain any Supplemental Servicing Fees.
