Common use of Servicer Fee Clause in Contracts

Servicer Fee. To the extent of available Collections in accordance with the priorities set forth in SECTIONS 1.6 and 1.7, on the first Business Day of each month while any Aggregate Unpaids are outstanding, the Servicer shall be paid a servicing and collection fee (the "SERVICER FEE") equal to 2.0% per annum on the average daily amount of Capital during the calendar month (or portion thereof) then most recently ended. The Servicer Fee shall be computed for actual days elapsed on the basis of a year consisting of 365 days.

Servicer Fee. To the extent of available Collections in accordance with the priorities set forth in SECTIONS 1.6 Sections 1.5.2 and 1.71.5.3, on the first Business Day of each month while any Aggregate Unpaids are outstanding, the Servicer shall be paid a servicing and collection fee (the "SERVICER FEE"“Servicer Fee”) equal to 2.01.0% per annum (or such other arm’s length fee as may be mutually agreed upon from time to time by the Servicer, the Originators and the Administrative Agent) on the average daily amount of Capital during the calendar month (or portion thereof) then most recently ended. The Servicer Fee shall be computed for actual days elapsed on the basis of a year consisting of 365 days.
