Servicer Reports. The Issuer will maintain, or cause to be maintained, copies of each report delivered to it by the Servicer under the Servicing Agreement, and will make such reports available to the Indenture Trustee upon request, solely for the benefit of the Noteholders of the applicable Series of Notes, and the Indenture Trustee shall make such reports available to such Noteholders as provided under the terms of the Transaction Documents.
