Common use of Servicer to comply with directions of Issuer and Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

Servicer to comply with directions of Issuer and Security Trustee. The Servicer shall comply with all directions from the Issuer and/or the Security Trustee in relation to the collection and enforcement of the Ancillary Rights which are consistent with its Customary Operating Practices, provided that: (a) if directions from the Issuer conflict with those from the Security Trustee, those from the Security Trustee shall prevail; (b) if the Issuer wishes to give directions which are not in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement it shall first seek the Security Trustee's consent; and (c) such directions do not require or result in the disclosure of any personal data to the Issuer.
