Common use of Servicer’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Servicer’s Certificate. On or before the Determination Date preceding each Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee and each Paying Agent, with a copy to each of the Rating Agencies, a Servicer’s Certificate containing all information necessary to make the payments, transfers and distributions pursuant to Sections 4.3 and 4.4 on such Payment Date (and, if applicable, Section 5.4 of the Indenture), together with the written statements to be furnished by the Indenture Trustee to the Noteholders pursuant to Section 4.6 hereof and Section 6.6

Servicer’s Certificate. On or before the Determination Date preceding each Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee and each Paying Agent, with a copy to each of the Rating Agencies, a Servicer’s Certificate executed by an Authorized Officer of the Servicer containing all information necessary to make the payments, transfers and distributions pursuant to Sections 4.3 and 4.4 on such Payment Date (and, if applicable, Section 5.4 of the Indenture)Date, together with the written statements to be furnished by the Indenture Trustee to the Noteholders pursuant to Section 4.6 hereof and Section 6.6

Servicer’s Certificate.
