Common use of Servicer’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Servicer’s Certificate. Not later than 11:00 A.M. (New York time) on each Payment Determination Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Owner Trustee, each Paying Agent, the Indenture Trustee and the Seller, with a copy to the Rating Agencies, a Servicer's Certificate containing all information necessary to make the distributions to be made on the related Payment Date pursuant to Sections 5.05 and 5.06 for the related Collection Period. Receivables to be purchased by the Servicer or to be repurchased by the Seller shall be identified by the Servicer by account number with respect to such Receivable (as specified in Schedule A).

Servicer’s Certificate. Not later than 11:00 A.M. (New York time) on each Payment Determination Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Owner Trustee, each Paying Agent, the Indenture Trustee and the Seller, with a copy to the Rating Agencies, a Servicer's Certificate containing all information necessary to make the distributions to be made on the related Payment Distribution Date pursuant to Sections 5.05 5.06 and 5.06 5.07 for the related Collection Period. Receivables to be purchased by the Servicer or to be repurchased by the Seller shall be identified by the Servicer by account number with respect to such Receivable (as specified in Schedule A).

Receivables to be purchased by the Servicer or to be repurchased by the Seller shall be identified by the Servicer by account number with respect to such Receivable (as specified in Schedule A).

Not later than 11:00 A.M. 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on each Payment Determination Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Owner Trustee, each Paying Agent, the Indenture Trustee Backup Servicer, and the Seller, with a copy to the Rating Agencies, Purchaser a Servicer's Certificate containing all information necessary to make the distributions to be made on the related Payment Distribution Date pursuant to Sections 5.05 and 5.06 Section 4.05 for the related Collection Period. Receivables to be purchased by the Servicer or to be repurchased by the Seller pursuant to the Receivables Purchase Agreement and each Receivable that became a Liquidated Receivable shall be identified by the Servicer by account number with respect to such Receivable (as specified in Schedule A).

Servicer’s Certificate. Not later than (11:00 A.M. a.m. (New York time)) on each Payment Determination Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Owner Trustee, each Paying Agent, the Indenture Trustee Rating Agencies and the Seller, with a copy to the Rating AgenciesDepositor, a Servicer's Certificate containing all information necessary to make the distributions to be made on the related Payment Distribution Date pursuant to Sections 5.05 Section 5.06 (including, if required, withdrawals from any Reserve Account and 5.06 Advances by the Servicer pursuant to Section 5.04) for the related Collection Period. Receivables to be purchased by the Servicer or to be repurchased purchased by the Seller Depositor or the Transferor shall be identified by the Servicer by account number with respect to such Receivable (as specified in Schedule A).
