Common use of Servicer’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Servicer’s Certificate. On each Determination Date (beginning with the Determination Date immediately preceding the initial Payment Date) the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Seller with a copy to the Rating Agencies, a Servicer’s Certificate (containing substantially the same information as set forth in the form on Exhibit C) containing all information necessary to make the distributions pursuant to Sections 5.6 and 5.7 and the deposits to the Collection Account pursuant to Section 5.3 for the Collection Period preceding the date of such Servicer’s Certificate.

Servicer’s Certificate. On each Determination Date (beginning with or before the Determination Date immediately preceding the initial each Payment Date) , the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Seller each Paying Agent, with a copy to each of the Rating Agencies, a Servicer’s Certificate (containing substantially the same information as set forth in the form on Exhibit C) containing all information necessary to make the payments, transfers and distributions pursuant to Sections 5.6 4.3 and 5.7 and 4.4 on such Payment Date (and, if applicable, Section 5.4 of the deposits Indenture), together with the written statements to be furnished by the Indenture Trustee to the Collection Account Noteholders pursuant to Section 5.3 for the Collection Period preceding the date of such Servicer’s Certificate.4.6 hereof and Section 6.6

Servicer’s Certificate. On each Determination Date (beginning with the Determination Date immediately preceding the initial Payment Date) , the Servicer shall deliver to the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee Trustee, the Seller and the Seller with Administrator, a copy of which the Administrator shall make available to the Rating Agencies, a Servicer’s Certificate (containing substantially the same information as set forth in the form on Exhibit C) containing all information necessary to make the distributions pursuant to Sections 5.6 5.04 and 5.7 and the deposits to the Collection Account pursuant to Section 5.3 5.05 for the Collection Period preceding the date of such Servicer’s Certificate. Neither the Owner Trustee nor the Indenture Trustee shall be required to determine, confirm or recalculate the information contained in the Servicer’s Certificate.
