Common use of Servicer’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Servicer’s Expenses. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, the Servicer will pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement, including fees and disbursements of independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer and expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports. The Servicer may charge Obligors, and be reimbursed, for collection, repossession, transportation and remarketing expenses in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.

Servicer’s Expenses. Except as otherwise set forth stated in this Agreement, the Servicer will pay all its expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities for servicing the Receivables under this Agreement, including fees and disbursements expenses of legal counsel and independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer and expenses incurred in connection with distributions and to prepare reports. The Servicer may charge Obligors, and be reimbursed, for collection, repossession, transportation and remarketing expenses in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policycertificates or notices under this Agreement.
