Common use of Servicer’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Servicer’s Expenses. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement, the Servicer will pay all its expenses for servicing the Receivables under this Agreement, including fees and expenses of legal counsel and independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer and expenses to prepare reports, certificate or notices under this Agreement. The Servicer will be reimbursed under this Agreement for (i) amounts paid by the Servicer that are charged to the account of an Obligor according to the Servicing Procedures and (ii) amounts paid by the Servicer to third parties for collection and for repossession, transportation, reconditioning and sale or other disposition of a Financed Vehicle.
