Servicer's Monthly Statements. On each Payment Date (to the extent it receives the supporting documentation from the Servicer on a timely basis), the Indenture Trustee shall deliver the report required by Section 3.09 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement with respect to such Payment Date to the Depositor, the Seller, the Servicer, the Rating Agencies, and the Note Insurer.
