Services and Duties of Supervisory Agent. (I) The Supervisory Agent shall provide consulting services to the Partnership and the Apartment Complex. Such services are intended to enable the Partnership to be better able to comply with all Code requirements for the Housing Tax Credits (the "Credits"), to establish eligibility for such Credits with respect to the entire Apartment Complex and avoid recapture thereof during the compliance period established under the Code and to ensure that the Partnership shall comply with all local city, county and state laws applicable to the business of the Partnership.
