Services and Platform. Pressbooks, its employees and agents have the necessary rights, knowledge, experience, and skills to perform the Services and provide the Platform as outlined in this Agreement;
Services and Platform. Subject to you becoming approved by us as an Authorised User and the provision by you of the documentation, information or certification referred to at paragraphs 4.5 and 4.6 below, Financial Pulse shall provide the Services to you on and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

(a) provide the Services to the Client; and
(b) license the Client to use the Platform, on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
