Services and Staff. The Provider shall deliver the service set forth in the financial appendices in Exhibit A and shall assure that all staff will have adequate training to perform these services in accordance with applicable requirements.
Services and Staff. 4.2.1 The Lead Agency shall function as the lead agency of the Collaborative as detailed in the Collaborative Memorandum of Understanding included in the Collaborative Business Plan.
4.2.2 The Lead Agency shall provide sufficient staff with sufficient training to perform these services in accordance with the requirements of this Contract.
