General Service Requirements. Contractor shall, at a minimum, meet the following service requirements:

All Interconnection Applications submitted to DEC shall be accompanied with the appropriate fee made payable to DEC. The application fee is non-refundable. Returned checks will be assessed an additional fee based on DEC’s Returned Check Policy. Permission to Operate will not be granted for any systems that DEC has not yet received an application fee for. The DEC member account number and name must be included as a memo on the check.
General Service Requirements. In providing the Services, Operator shall:
(a) comply with, to the extent applicable and necessary to provide the Services, (i) all Applicable Laws, (ii) Prudent Electric Production Practices, (iii) all insurance requirements applicable to the Plant, (iv) any warranty obligations applicable to the Plant, (v) vendor manuals and manufacturer's guidelines applicable to the Plant or, in Operator's opinion and to the extent they comply with Prudent Electric Production Practices, Operator's current practice, (vi) O&M Manuals approved by Owner, and (vii) NYISO dispatch directions; provided, however that Operator shall be excused from such compliance with the previous clauses (i) through (vii) if the reason for non-compliance arises from (A) any act or omission by Operator to the extent necessary to respond to any Emergency; or (B) any budgetary limitations imposed by Owner pursuant to Article 4; or (C) as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement.
(b) administer all matters pertaining to labor relations, salaries, wages, working conditions, hours of work, termination of employment, employee benefits, safety, and all other personnel matters; and
(c) provide accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative services in connection with costs under the Annual Capital Budget;
General Service Requirements. A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform preventive maintenance and inspections of grease traps /interceptors and lift stations covered under this contract and their components.
B. Attachments A, B, and C list the current locations requiring services under this contract. The County reserves the right to add or delete locations or equipment for servicing: • Attachment A, LOT A - Grease Traps/Interceptors Listing • Attachment B, LOT A - Lift Stations Listing • Attachment C, LOT B – Septic Tanks Listing
C. The Contractor shall schedule services per the schedule of work provided by the County. Any changes to this schedule must be approved in writing by the County before the change is effective.
D. The Contractor shall communicate all unforeseen conditions that may cause any work to be delayed as soon as it’s apparent and provide an updated completion timeframe at the time of notification.
E. The Contractor shall not perform any services without an existing Delivery Order unless it is an emergency service. Service does not include meetings, site surveys, and scheduling activities.
F. When work outside of the inspection/maintenance scope is discovered by the Contractor’s technician that affects the continued operation of the system, the technician shall contact the County Service Coordinator immediately to obtain approval to correct repairs while on-site.
G. For situations requiring repair which are not a threat to system operation, the technician shall submit a quote to the County Service Coordinator to obtain approval to repair the deficiency at a mutually agreed upon date between the Contractor and the County.
H. The Contractor shall not make any alternations to any equipment or systems without prior written approval by the County.
I. The Contractor shall be responsible for the hauling and proper disposal of all waste removed from the sites, per Attachments A, B, and C per with Orange County ordinances and regulations at no additional cost to the County. The use of County dumpsters for disposal of Contractor material is not permitted.
J. If during the performance of services an incident or discovery of pollution is found, the Contractor shall report the findings to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection within twenty-four (24) hours of the incident or discovery. Refer to Attachment F – Reporting Incidents Discovery of Pollution.

General Service Requirements. 1. CONTRACTOR shall work collaboratively and coordinate services with other WIOA contractors and their subcontractors to ensure a comprehensive and seamless delivery of services.
2. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate services with the designated One-Stop Center(s) in its area.
3. CONTRACTOR shall participate in quarterly program review meetings and/or agency site visits with CITY’s DIRECTOR or his or her designee for the purpose of reviewing CONTRACTOR’s implementation of CONTRACTOR’s SERVICES.
4. CONTRACTOR shall assist CITY with any needs assessment meetings when held by CITY to ascertain the community’s needs regarding adult and dislocated worker services. XXXXXXXXXX’s assistance will include, but not be limited to, assistance with the collection of needs assessment surveys, and performance of outreach to persons served by the CONTRACTOR’s SERVICES.
