Common use of Services and Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Partner shall comply with Dell’s guidelines and training materials, including all applicable Service Offering Description, Offering Specific Terms, or Service Specification for such Offerings for the period agreed in the Order, with regards to the Services. The activation process and the duration of Subscriptions Orders are described in the Service Specification. Partner shall ensure that this is accurately reflected in the End User Agreement.
