SERVICES AND USE OF ASSETS. 8.1 Subject as hereinafter provided, in relation to each Facility Asset, RTL shall, if required by User, make the Facility Asset in question available for use by User to such extent as is necessary for the purposes of User’s undertaking but not so as to prejudice the use now or hereafter of such Facility Asset by the RTL for its undertaking.
