The Company shall have no obligation under this Agreement to continue Indemnitee in any position with the Company.

Services by Indemnitee. Indemnitee agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company, and, at its request, as a director, officer officer, employee, agent or employee fiduciary of the Companycertain other corporations and entities. Indemnitee may at any time and for any reason resign from any such position (subject to any other contractual obligation or any obligation imposed by operation of law).

Services by Indemnitee. Indemnitee agrees to serve as a director, director or officer or employee of the CompanyCorporation. Indemnitee may at any time and for any reason resign from any such position (subject to any other contractual obligation or any obligation imposed by operation of law).

Services by Indemnitee. Indemnitee Xxxxxxxxxx agrees to serve as a director of the Corporation and, at its request, as a director, officer officer, employee, agent or employee fiduciary of the Companycertain other corporations and entities. Indemnitee may at any time and for any reason resign from any such position (subject to any other contractual obligation or any obligation imposed by operation of law).

Services by Indemnitee. Indemnitee agrees to serve as a director, director and officer or employee of the Company and of such of the Company’s subsidiaries as the Company may designate. Indemnitee may at any time and for any reason resign from such position (subject to any other contractual obligation or any obligation imposed by operation of law), in which event, without limiting the obligations of the Company under this Agreement with respect to the Indemnitee’s service while in such position, the Company shall have no obligation under this Agreement to continue Indemnitee in such position.
