Services by Indemnitee. The Trust shall have no obligation under this Agreement to continue Indemnitee in the position of Trustee, but, in the event that Indemnitee ceases to serve as a Trustee, Indemnitee shall nevertheless retain all rights provided under this Agreement until its termination.
