Common use of SERVICES BY UNIVERSITY Clause in Contracts

SERVICES BY UNIVERSITY. The University agrees to provide utilities to the student. The student agrees to use the utilities in a conservative, economic, and efficient manner. The University will not be liable for any delay or interruption in services (including heating or air-conditioning, water, steam, GUSNET, Internet, etc.) resulting from causes beyond its control, and such interruptions will not relieve the student from the obligation of this contract.
