Common use of Services Covered by the Government Clause in Contracts

Services Covered by the Government. This agreement does NOT cover medical expenses for any condition, illness, or disease which should be covered by the United States government or any of its agencies, Medicare, any state or municipal government or any of its agencies (except emergency care when there is a legal responsibility to provide it). This agreement does NOT cover services for military-related conditions. This agreement does not cover services or supplies required as a result of war, declared or undeclared, or any military action which takes place after your coverage becomes effective.
