Common use of Services During Disability Clause in Contracts

Services During Disability. During the Term, notwithstanding any Disability, Executive shall, to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, furnish information and assistance to the Company, and, in addition, upon the reasonable request in writing on behalf of the Board, or a senior executive officer designated by the Board, from time to time, he shall make himself available to the Company, its subsidiaries and Affiliates to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with his position and his physical and mental health. In the event of such Disability, Executive shall resign from the Board.
