Services During Non-Regular Business Hours. In the event Tenant conducts business in any portion of the Demised Premises during other than regular business hours, Landlord shall, upon reasonable advance notice, provide those building services as shall enable Tenant to utilize the Premises during such period, provided that Tenant shall pay Landlord's charges therefor, and subject to Landlord's regulations in effect from time to time.
