Services Modifications. i) Any revisions to Exhibit B (i.e. course name change, description change, removal of course, addition of course, length of course, addition of Supplemental Materials, price decrease etc.) must be pre-approved by the State, and will be allowed once per calendar quarter. ii) Service modifications are required to be submitted to the contact identified in §17 of the main body of this Contract, between the first (1st) and tenth (10th) day of the new quarter starting period, and shall go into effect upon approval by the State. iii) Service modifications that are submitted after the tenth (10th) day of the new quarter starting period, will not be reviewed and/or approved until the following quarter.
