Common use of Services of Adviser Clause in Contracts

Services of Adviser. By the execution of this Agreement, Adviser accepts the appointment as adviser and agrees to supervise and direct the investments of the Account in accordance with the investment objectives of the Client.

Services of Adviser. By the execution of this Agreement, Adviser accepts the appointment as adviser Adviser and agrees to supervise and direct (or make recommendations with respect to) the investments investment of the Account Account(s) in accordance with the investment objectives of Client as communicated to Adviser in writing. In addition, Client will receive periodic confirmations and statements from Broker / Custodian, hereinafter referred to as Broker / Custodian. It is agreed that Adviser, in the Clientmaintenance of its records, does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of information furnished by Client or any other party.
