Services Planning. (i) In order to efficiently manage the TCS Resources, the TCS Global Relationship Manager in coordination with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Relationship Manager shall develop and update on a monthly basis, a rolling twelve (12) month program plan, planning all work to be performed under the Agreement. The TCS Global Relationship Manager will assist the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Relationship Manager in the management of work prioritization, communications, status, service objectives (including adherence to delivery schedules and costs) and risk strategies.
Services Planning. Regularly engagement in a service planning process with the other Party’s Customer ▇▇▇. The service planning starts during the initial implementation and will then be continued regularly.
Services Planning. An evaluation must be produced by the Lead Managers and submitted to the Head of the YOS and the Assistant Chief Officer of the Probation Trust. This will assist both Senior Managers in their strategic overview of the transition process to ensure it is effective. The Operational leads from Bromley PT and Bromley YOS will submit transfer minutes to the Lead managers and outline any concerns to assist with the evaluation. This evaluation will inform the review of this Local Protocol which will also take place annually. The aim of the review is to update this Local Protocol with improvements to practice, promoting the development of good practice and taking account of any lessons learnt.
Services Planning. 6.1 Our Alliance Leadership Team will decide how our Alliance will carry out service planning for those services within the scope of our Alliance Activities. 6.2 Our Alliance Leadership Team may, at its discretion, consult, work with or seek recommendations from the Service Alliance Leadership Team or other appropriate party to assist with their decision making for our Alliance in relation to service planning for those services within the scope of our Alliance Activities. 6.3 Our Alliance Leadership Team may, as a result of service planning decisions made by our Alliance, recommend to the DHB the method and form of contracting for the delivery of the service on a Best Practice basis. 6.4 The DHB will implement our Alliance Leadership Team’s decisions, subject only to its statutory requirements and its Reserved Powers, as set out in clause 2.6 and clause 9. 6.5 In implementing our Alliance Leadership Team’s decision, the DHB may: 6.5.1 undertake a procurement process based on the specification for the activity, work or service recommended by our Alliance; 6.5.2 enter into contracts with relevant providers, which may include Parties and/or others; and/or 6.5.3 select from the Parties and other service providers those capable of providing the activity, work or service in accordance with the specification for the activity, work or service recommended by our Alliance.
Services Planning. At the commencement of this Agreement, a planning session CAN be conducted with Your Service Contact. The purpose of this session is to discuss the Services available and gather input regarding Your support needs.
