Privacy Policy The Provider must publicly disclose material information about its collection, use, and disclosure of Student Data, including, but not limited to, publishing a terms of service agreement, privacy policy, or similar document.
Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.
Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement Helping Others Progress Economically reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time Helping Others Progress Economically decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.
