Services Privacy Policy. The use of the Workato Platform by Personnel is subject to Workato’s Services Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/legal/privacy- policy/services-privacy-policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement, provided that all references to the “Terms of Service” in the Privacy Policy will refer to this Agreement. Workato will use the Account Information in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
Services Privacy Policy. The Authorized Party’s use of the Services is governed by the Services Privacy Policy located at 0000 Xxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx 00000, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. The Services Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these TOU.
