Common use of Services Privacy Policy Clause in Contracts

Services Privacy Policy. The use of the Workato Platform by Personnel is subject to Workato’s Services Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/legal/privacy- policy/services-privacy-policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement, provided that all references to the “Terms of Service” in the Privacy Policy will refer to this Agreement. Workato will use the Account Information in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

The use of the Workato Platform by Personnel Authorized Users is subject to Workato’s Services Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/legal/privacy- policy/services-privacy-policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement, provided that all references to the “Terms of Service” in the Privacy Policy will refer to this Agreement. Workato will use the Account Information in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
