Services Provided by MSAM. MSAM shall discharge, directly or through third parties, the following responsibilities subject to the control of the Fund's Board of Directors, and in compliance with the objectives, policies and limitations set forth in the Fund's registration statement, By-Laws and applicable laws and regulations.
