Services provided by the Factor. (a) The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions upon and subject to which (i) each French Seller assigns to the Factor, Relevant Receivables pursuant to articles L. 313-23 to L. 313-34 and R. 313-15 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code and (ii) the Factor will purchase Relevant Receivables from the French Sellers. The Agreement shall apply automatically to any Deed of Transfer delivered by each French Seller to the Factor.
