Services Provided by the Supplier. When any aspect of this Contract involves attendance at or the performance of any Services at a site owned or occupied by Moose Jaw, the following provisions apply: (a) the Supplier shall, and shall cause all persons involved in any Services at the Delivery Location to, comply with Moose Jaw's safety policies and all other site rules and regulations; (b) the Supplier shall have complete control and responsibility for the safety and health of all persons involved in performing any Services, and shall take all necessary precautions to guard against any person being injured or damage to property during the performance of any Services; (c) the Supplier shall notify Moose Jaw in advance of any hazardous materials that it intends to bring onto such site, and provide Moose Jaw with the appropriate Material Safety Data Sheets for such materials; (d) the Supplier shall maintain commercial general liability insurance and automobile liability insurance, each with a limit of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence. The terms of such insurance must be satisfactory to Moose Jaw, acting reasonably and the Supplier shall provide Moose Jaw with satisfactory proof of such insurance coverage upon request; and (e) the Supplier shall ensure that workers' compensation covers all workers engaged in performing any Services in accordance with the Workers' Compensation Act, 2013 (Saskatchewan).

Services Provided by the Supplier. 2.1 The Supplier can provide the below services to the Client. With regard to this, it is clarified that in accordance with this Agreement, the Supplier does not supply any work result, but is able to place the below resources at the Client’s disposal. The Supplier establishes and services the Client teams of the Consultants that belong to and managed by the Client (with the Suppliers assistance when need- ed). To the greatest possible extent, the Supplier endeavours to place the following resources at the Client’s disposal that the Client demands:

Services Provided by the Supplier. [The following is by way of example only. Suppliers training program to be inserted] 3.1 Develop and provide a training program (“Training Program”) that will result in Government employees obtaining an applicable qualification provided by you as required by the Government. The qualification is to be made up of a wide range of units covering core management skills such as, understanding how to organise and delegate, plus skills in communication, team leadership, change, innovation and managing people and relationships. The Training Program allows for flexibility in unit choice which in turn means that the qualification can be tailored to meet the needs of the employee and employer. 3.2 The Training Program will be for developed and provided to the Government for: (i) employees seeking to move up to the next level of management; and (ii) managers who need to lead employees though organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. 3.3 The benefits of this Training Program are as follows: (i) Gain a range of key management skills and put them into practice in the employees own role. (ii) Build employee leadership capabilities – motivate and engage teams, manage relationships confidently. (iii) Develop employee leadership and management skills using employees own knowledge, values and motivations. (iv) Develop effective and confident first-line managers. (v) Develop better relationships and communication in teams. (vi) Enhance managers’ experience with the tools to develop their own skills and abilities.
Services Provided by the Supplier. Supplier shall provide the following services: (a) The migration of data from any existing systems such as excel spreadsheets, Share point and Bermuda Environmental Health Data System. (b) Production of templates for all documents - letters, licenses, certificates etc. (c) Project Management and support during preparation up to the system going live and following the live date to ensure successful bedding in and individualization of the product for the specifics of the Bermuda Environmental Health Unit. (d) Training of staff on how to operate the new system. (e) System fully hosted and managed by the provider. The Government should not have to purchase any additional servers. (f) System fully integrated with other Government systems such as to allow online payments etc. and linkages to email systems (g) Updates provided for legislative changes (h) Upgrades provided remotely
