Services, Repairs, Maintenance. General Provisions Documents that are a part of the Supplier’s performance such as illustrations, drawings etc. shall be deemed mere approximations in terms of measures and weights, unless accuracy of measures and weights has explicitly been confirmed. The Supplier reserves the title of ownership and copyright to these documents. They must not be made available to third parties or otherwise used for non-contractual purposes without the Supplier’s consent. If no order is placed, then documents that were individually drafted for the Client must be returned promptly and without being summoned to do so. A specific hazard analysis is not subject of the order.
