Services required by legislation or regulatory mandate that become effective after the effective date of this Agreement shall not be part of the standard services, and shall be billed by appraisal. Transfer Agent shall provide advance notice of fees for services required by legislation or regulatory fiat. Transfer Agent fees shall be reasonable and shall comply with industry standards."
