Services Restoration Time. (SRT) The fault resolution process will be initiated immediately a fault has been auto-detected by the FMS or has been reported to the NOC by the Customer. In the event that iaxis fails to repair service-affecting faults of either fibre or equipment within the Target Repair Time (TRT), measured from the agreed fault start time, the Customer shall be entitled to compensation as detailed in the table below. The Target Repair Time (TRT) referred to below is defined as the time from the agreed fault start time to the time that the service is restored.
