Common use of SERVICES SCHEDULE Clause in Contracts

SERVICES SCHEDULE. (1) The Services Schedules describes the set of Standard Services in respect of Fire Weather, Flood and Extreme Weather and Hazard Impact Events that the Bureau will provide. Where applicable, the Services Schedules also describe further details on the definition of the Services. (2) The Services Schedules may also set out one or more Supplementary Services which are not considered Standard Services. (3) The Services Schedules do not contain an exhaustive list of all Supplementary Services that the Bureau may offer. (4) The parties agree and accept that the Services Schedules (as varied from time to time) exhaustively describe the set of Standard Services that the Bureau will provide to Emergency Services Agencies.
